Fun with the wonder car.

I am a traveller and going around watching different places is my hobby. I am a wanderer and free soul. I love cars and they are my best companion in long run. I have travelled long places and so many of them and I have travelled most of them in my car. However i don’t travel in a heard but it’s just me my hubby and my lovely car.

Whenever I travel and wherever I travel I do that by road and I am very peculiar about my car. Talking about cars I love small cars not the big ones because i like to travel light. I came across this beautiful small yet elegant car few days ago. It is a new launch by Datsun and the wonder car is  The ultimate Urban Cross - Datsun redi-GO . This is a must buy car. I have become a big fan of this car. I like everything the car has. It is a great fusion of crossover and urban hatchback and offers the best of the both type.

Talking about the car let’s get into its unique features. The interior of the car is beautiful. It has been given a sporty and classy interior design. The interior is overall spacious. It can accommodate five persons easily and also can carry their luggages with ease. The dash board has been given a modern and classy look. It has a computer which keeps you informed about everything that you need to know. The seats have been built to provide great comfort to the driver and the fellow passengers and if the best fit for a long drive run. It also comes with a built in audio system. The car has power windows and in short it has everything that a modern car has. It is the best I have yet seen.

That was all about the interior now let’s see what it offers in the exterior. The exterior has been given a Yukan design and has the forward styling of a crossover. The car has a smooth and sleek silhouette, it has lean and dynamic side character line and it has a sporty and beautiful look. It has a beautiful D cut grill which gives it a classy look. It has high stance and provides a wider view of the road and the surrounding. It has a very good ground clearance too. The car has been built as a fusion of both urban and crossover like I said thus the car has a very good ground clearance.

The car comes with a very smart and efficient performance. It has a fuel economy of 25.17 kmpl so now you can stay more on the road and your card can run longer. The car has an I-sat engine which has the ability to adjust the spark timing of the engine according to the food quality and power requirements. It has been built to take small turning radius. It has performance augmented brakes too. The car comes with well guarded safe driving technology. It has power starring and makes the drive very easy.

The car has been design all according to my needs I would say and I would prefer to buy it for my long drives. It is a modern world and we need modern cars and this is definitely one of it. The car is launching very soon in the market be ready to rock your world, i am ready to rock mine.   

Vacation! Yes any time!

A vacation is all I need to refresh my mind and soul. Yes you may consider me a wandering soul because I simply love to go around. I have traveled a lot of places and they all were in India since this month I got a chance for an international trip. It was a surprise gift from Mr. Hubby on our 5th anniversary. He planned a trip to Pattaya. Yes you head me right. It was the sea calling and I couldn’t deny. 
It was a 4 days and 3 night’s vacation. Mr. Hubby had planned the trip well keeping every single detail in mind. He told me that we were going to Shimla as usual this year too and our flight would leave on 13th evening. 14th was a spare day and 15th was the “D” day. I was excited, like I said you earlier I am a wayfarer soul and travelling is my passion. Though it was a surprise for me I didn’t know about his plans until we reached the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose airport and instead of going to the domestic airport he asked the cab to stop at the international airport. He is a genius I had no clue when did he get the tickets and when did he took out my passport out of the almira. I was on the 9th cloud and the excitement of going for an International vacation was the real head Turner for me. 

We reached the airport and first located our airlines we were travelling by. It was Thai Airways we were travelling by. We got our luggage scanned and submitted it to the airline counter. The very next thing was getting our currency exchanged. We exchanged our Rupees to Bhatt.  Then we took our boarding pass and moved to immigration. We got our handbags and laptop bag checked at the security counter and now we were both personally and legally ready to fly to Bangkok, Pattaya. 

We were going to and at Suvarnabhumi International Airport at Bangkok and we were supposed to get our VISAS on arrival. The itenary for the rest of the trip was as follows. 

Day 1 
Check in at the Monna’s Place, Chan buri after pickup from the airport. The evening was free and we were free to wander around and explore the new city. 

Day 2 
8:00 am pickup from the hotel to the beach. Where a speed boat was supposed to drop us at the water sports activity dock. 

12:00 pm pickup from the dock and drop to the Coral Island and lunch.

14:00 pickup from the island drop to the hotel. Rest of the time was free time for us. And in this free time we roamed around tasting the Thai cuisine and hopping the street bazars. We also visited the “Walking Street” and I got a splendid foot massage too and then we called it a day.

Day 
3 8:00 Pickup from the hotel for the city tour, Visit to the Gem Gallery, Lunch by the noon in an Indian restaurant and finally visit to the Pattaya tower. The Pattaya tower was a 55 store building. We got an opportunity to take a full view of the Pattaya city and the Sea. We also did the tower jump from the 55^th floor of the tower. 
18:00 drop back to the hotel.

18:30 pickup from the hotel for the world famous “Alcazar Show” and then dinner and finally drop to the hotel.

Day 4 10:00 Pickup from the Hotel. Check out and drop to the airport.

These four days were so amazing and we enjoyed them at the fullest. It was an amazing experience to wander shop and visit a different country. All the credit goes to him for the trip and it was the best anniversary ever. I will definitely have more of international vacations soon. 

In love with Melbourne

Vacations are always on my mind. I just love travelling. Last evening few of my friend were discussing about an International vacation spot and all of shouted together Melbourne, Australia. I really want to visit this beautiful, breath taking and lively city at least once in my life because a world class vacation is not worthy until you have visited Melbourne, Australia.

Melbourne the capital of Victoria one among the six states of Australia is the vibrant hub of style, sport, culture and dining. Melbourne is the most livable city of the world. The city is a puzzle of hidden lane ways, sumptuous bars, specialty restaurants and many calm and splendid boutiques. It's also where one can witness the culture of the place, sporting arena for big international sports, taste the Vintage wines accompanied with mouthwatering dishes, dance with all your hearts or just have a casual walk in the park and the leafy boulevards.

In simple terms if you have holiday on your mind Melbourne should be the first place to visit on your vacation list. One thing that makes Melbourne so special is that it is a complete package in itself. It has something or the other for everyone. If you are a sport lover Melbourne is the best place you want to be at. It is also known as the sporting capital of the Australia and host few of the biggest international events like Australian Open Tennis Championship, Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix and this year it is going to host the most awaited sensational cricketing tournament on the planet The ICC World Cup tournament along with New Zealand. The whole city dresses up for a big Carnival commonly known as Melbourne Cup Carnival during the spring which is also a good attraction for the tourists.

Melbourne is not only famous for its sporting spirit but also there are places where you would definitely want to go if you are in Melbourne. The main attractions of the city are Melbourne Tower, National gallery of Victoria, Queen Victoria market, Eureka Tower, St. Kilda Beach, Victoria, Flinders Street Station, Bathing Boxes, Federation Square, Great Ocean Road Victoria, and Melbourne Cricket Ground.

You can always enjoy the beach with your sunscreen and pinacolada in your hands or can go for a memorable ride to the Great Ocean Road with your love. The sunset by the beach or the Great Ocean Road is just awesome and it can’t be compared to anything. You can also take a tour to the great Vineyards of Melbourne on your own hired hot air balloon. The whole city just looks spectacle from the hot air balloon. You can also taste few of the finest Vintage wines of Australia here. Foods are awesome too.

Let's have a kid's vacation

It’s a good poem where the poetess has described childhood in very beautiful words. When we are child we are carefree, tension free and our life is hustle free. We don’t have to worry about a thing and all we have to do is fun. And if we are talking about fun let me tell you kids love vacations and they go crazy when they are about to have one well my kid does. They really love to spend good time with their parents having all the fun away from school and homework. So if we plan for a vacation we are always conscious that we do not leave even a single stone unturned and we ensure them a good vacation. We choose a good destination for our vacation and by good I mean a place where children can have fun too. Usually we adults choose a destination where we can enjoy to the fullest and leave the kids out but it should be opposite. The destination should be something which amuses the children and if they are happy and if they have fun directly or indirectly we parents enjoy the vacation too.

There are few points we should always keep in mind while we plan a vacation for our kids such as the vacation should be kids friendly, the booking for hotel or resorts and transportation should be arranged before arriving the place, the vacation should be well planned and should be discussed with the kids to ensure their involvement and the kids should be asked to plan for family games and funs together. Let the kids decide on what to eat and where to go for games after all they are on vacation and it will make them happy. Try to spend time together out there during the vacation. Anyways a couple can always have time after the kid sleeps. The parents should keep in mind all the requirements of their kids and should consider their likes and dislikes always. Parents should play small games and keep their kid occupied.   

As for a kid vacation means fun all the time. They add magical sparks to our vacation. They understand well that vacation means a few days away from home yet together with their family. No school, no teachers, no study and no homework.  So they are free of all the above things and just try to live in the moment and that is what makes them happy. The smile and loud laughs enlightens the whole atmosphere. It calms us too and we learn it from them to live a moment forgetting all the work and problems we have. They even enjoy the smallest games played with the parents. And if taken to some special place like an amusement park they add extra battery to the vacation. The excitement level that they hold within themselves is remarkable and that is what makes the parents happy and a vacation successful.

Club Mahindra has planned and started a campaign known as “Teddy travelogues” which is India’s first crowd sourced e magazine where children between ages 4-12 were asked to submit their entries under eight different categories and have arranged good prizes for them too. It was an opportunity for the kids to show their talents and creativeness about holidays. Also it would help us understand better that what have we been missing out that they wanted and what could add extra magical spark to our vacations.
